"Convenient and Very Clean"

Really nice guest room with you own private space and very clean facilities. The host was really accommodating and responsive when communicating with them. The location is good, just a 15 minute walk to Sutton high street. Highly recommend

"Would definitely stay there again."

Location was perfect for what I wanted to do in Sutton.The room was very clean and very peaceful,the wifi connection was very good as well.When in Sutton will definitely use this place again.

The desk chair wasn`t very comfortable for extended use and the room can also do with a small TV set.

Simple succinct and great communication from the property. Very nice place, very clean, basic but everything I needed. Great location for travelling within Sutton and wider areas. There is a Greek cafe / restaurant (Greek Land) a 5-10 minute walk away from the property and is excellent. I will be staying here again in the future. It's highly recommended. Although more suited to a solo traveller than a couple IMHO.

The bed was extremely low and was surrounded with wood. This wouldn't normally be an issue but I have a bad back at the moment so struggled to get comfy. Certainly no fault of the property.
