Room with Private Shower Facility

Because of the pricing i can't say I didn't like anything in particular. As far as I'm concerned it was a a very decent trade off

The room, bathroom, and surroundings were impeccably clean. It looked brand new. There was adequate heating in the bedroom as well. I loved that the guest room was secluded and quiet, I was the only one in the guest area of the apartment. The host was also kind and let me use his microwave. The decision to stay there was impromptu and I was sceptical, but, I was and am glad I took the risk. Lovely place.

The main bus to the location from my area of work (Down view) was always nearly impossible to access. They arrived few and far between, making the commute very hectic, particularly after the long days I had. The heating in the bathroom was also out of order, or I just didn't know how to work it. And I couldn't have been bothered to ask the host, at the time so, took "frozen showers" 😁

Location was great. 15 min walk to Sutton high street with lots of eateries. Tesco express and the beautiful Benhill park are 5 min walk away. Ash’s place was sparkling clean and quiet. Place looks newly renovated. Kettle and instant coffee and milk are provided. Large wardrobe too. Very high end toiletries (Dove and Carex brands). Shower was nice and hot. The free Wifi worked very well. Check in and check out was super easy with the key safe. Really appreciate the free off-road parking in the private driveway

Bathroom was very cold. Towel rail was not turned on. There was no lock on the bedroom door. There was a strong smell of people.

Was a bit cold even with the heater that was provided.
