AUWhat a lovely place to stay, most things needed were present. The host was very helpful.
The bed was the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in. You could feel the springs dig into your hips. I would definitely come back if the bed was more comfortable and the road in wasn’t flooded.

GBGBGBGBGBGBStayed for 2 nights. It was lovely. Quiet & private location but near enough (10 min) drive to the town & superb walks. Whole cottage was spotlessly clean & looked recently fitted out with good facilities like large fridge & freezer, oven, grill, hob & microwave. Even a dishwasher & washing machine! Bed was firm & comfy with crisp cotton bedding. Private, away from the road, parking right outside the entrance. We felt immediately relaxed & at home. Lovely large bathroom situated between the bedroom & kitchen/dining area. Host communication & information was good too. Will return.
Just a few minor things. Kitchen could do with some padded seat cushions for the dining chairs & a cafetiere for real coffee (we had our own travel cafetieres so used them). We felt the bathroom needed a storage unit or slim dresser for somewhere to put our own toiletries other than on the windowsil & a towel rail or row of hooks to hang towels & clothes when showering.
