Sky Stream TV Heater so we were warm Comfortable bed Nice things in tea/coffee box and good kettle

Lack of welcome Twee touches everywhere (matter of taste, I agree) Price as in value for money Steep stairs up two floors (my fault for not checking) Breakfast not served till 9.15 Breakfast: Plastic tablecloth, cheap paper serviettes, meagre coffee serving, menu with prices, cheap brown bread (one slice), extra cost for more toast and marmalade £2.90, extra cost for anything apart from the farmhouse breakfast we were ‘entitled’ to, dog wandering round room while we were eating Bath: might fit the ‘Boutique’ style aimed for but entirely impractical as a washing facility, no handles, wrong shape I appreciate these comments are totally subjective and we are a couple of oldies but this place is certainly not for us on so many fronts.

The room was beautiful. Had lovely extra finishing touches like toiletries and bath salts etc. the staff were really friendly and helpful. The views were outstanding!
