Smarts Apartment da Ajuda

I like everything about this apartment: 3 bedroom, clean, big fully equipped kitchen, great location, garage, close to public transport.

We a family of 2 adults and 2 15 years old teenagers and a 7 years old girl., from Uk.The apartment it's very clean and comfy, with everything you need with a family trip. Jose and his wife are amazing people, they are so kind and always ready to help and sorted any unexpected issues. Both speak English and Portuguese. Plus one of the best parts it is, they own a medium size coffee/restaurant called Smarts da Ajuda too, only 1 or 2 minutes walk from the entrance door of the building, where they serving amazing food for all tastes, and for reasonable prices,. I been in Madeira 10 times already, but this for me been one of the best places, to stay and eat. We look forward to book our holidays there again next time.

The only issue we have is because the lift broken during our stay and we on the fourth floor, so really hard to get in and out. Jose called the company straight away, but they say they need to wait for a part wich they don't have available apparently, so no Jose's fault of course, but is the only thing wich been a bit hard, specially because of my health conditions. But if you in a good health probably not matter.

Очень радушные хозяева, дождались нашего приезда, не смотря на то, что наш рейс немного задержали. Все показали и рассказали. Есть подземный гараж, очень удобно. Рядом торговый центр, там есть и продуктовый магазин. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, автобусная остановка, 8 минут пешком (правда сразу с горы, потом в гору) и платный пляж. В квартире есть все необходимое: стиральная: сушильная машины, посудомоечная машина, кухня, где можно готовить кушать.

Очень прошу заменить матрасы и подушки, после активного дня в походе в горы, хочется отдохнуть, а не так, что не находишь места

Veliko in prostorno stanovanje, lastno parkirišce v parkirni hiši pod stanovanjem, odličen pogled z balkona, dobra lokacija nad nakupovalnim centrom.

We had a free parking space included. Perfect location. The hosts Jose and his wife are extremely helpful and nice. He brought some things at the airport which we forgot behind. The apartment was super clean and spacious.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, kényelmes, tágas lakás. Nagyon tiszta, rendezett. Mindenünk megvolt, amire szükségünk volt. Jose, a házigazda, kedves, figyelmes. Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Kicsit hangos az utca, de nem zavaró, ennek ellenére jól lehetett aludni éjszaka.
