The Host. The peace and quiet.

Road access is along very narrow single track country lanes with few passing areas with high banks and hedges. They may not be suitable for nervous drivers or large vehicles.

"My Norfolk idyll in June 2024."

Everything about this beautiful location is perfect including and especially the host, Yvonne, who is very welcoming. I was celebrating a birthday for which she gave me cake and wine! This is in addition to a fully stocked fridge and kitchen with more than enough to eat and drink.So comfortable, quiet and well appointed.

Yvonne is a wonderful, generous host, we enjoyed our chats and the time spent in the Annex. The countryside is beautiful and the whole experience such a treat. The parking on the premises is secure.

Nothing. The access road is a bit tight but well worth the effort.

"Comfortable, quiet, welcoming"

The host was extremely welcoming. Bottle of wine and cakes on arrival. The annex is very clean and very tidy. Everything you need on arrival, milk in fridge, bread, fresh juice and coffee/tea. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Will most definitely book to go there again when we go back to Norfolk. Can’t rate this high enough.

"It was a good stay which we used as a base for visiting the Norfolk coast (Cromer, Sherringham etc) and Norwich."
