Self-catering guest annex

Excellent self catering annex. Bread, butter, jam, orange juice, yoghurt and milk supplied for our breakfast along with biscuits, a bottle of wine and assorted other items. This was a lovely surprise because we had not expected this.

Great host and accommodation was everything we needed following a long cycle ride. There was plenty of space to store our bikes. A lovely welcome cake and breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I was met with a very friendly greeting and a little chat before being shown around the property. Breakfast was not applicable simply because I'm gluten free and tend not to eat breakfast anyway (there was homemade jam on offer and there was a huge slice of cake to greet me upon arrival too... that was a killer, It looked Scumptious!). I was working on the edge of Cromer for 2 days and although I never got to it I know the area fairly well and can say this property is a pleasant drive to the coast and an easy journey into Cromer itself, I would definateley return with my wife for a leisurly break. The property itself is very nice and clean, well equipt and has parking for all sizes of car. I dont know how good the wifi is simply because I have unlimited data so I never tried it.

I honestly cannot think of anything aside from 1 minor part of the directions... After you make the last turn the house is to the left in front of you. The directions state "On the left" so I sat there for a bit thinking "Well there's nothing else but that house is more in front of the car. Did I go wrong earlier?" but thats probably just me, a little apprehentsous. A quick phone call though and it was swiftly dealt with. As I said, very minor

The continental breakfast was very good. The location was a little remote and narrow, but we were given helpful instructions.

Nice little Annex close to our family

It was a Pain to get to once you left the A140 Narrow Lanes only one car width, Plus the Road very uneven kept scraping undercarriage once you got into the Alby hill even narrower.
