Peaceful location with easy access to Norwich and the coast. lots of walks just outside the property which we didn't have time for, but next time. everything you could need for a self catering stay. Our host left plenty of items for a tasty breakfast. even home made jam and cake! exceptional. Good WiFi. spacious property .wonderful value for money.
