Location of and atmosphere inside accommodation very good

The hosts were very responsive and made a point of meeting with you at some point during your stay. The views and the location to both Christchurch and Akaroa were all doable for day trips and the local farm life was great.

Slightly dated in furniture and linens but part of the charm.

Lovely hosts, very friendly cat! Fabulous views over the lake and just a lovely relaxed feel the whole time.

Maybe a bit more basic foodstuffs in the pantry, like oil etc.

Great farm stay experience! The house is located at the farm surrounding by beautiful plant, facing the lake and able to view the sunset. The owner has a friendly cat, my daughter love it very much. The owner is very hospitality and kindness, she offer us a sheep feeding session in the next day morning. Surprisingly, the house also a great location for stargazing. We have a lovely and wonderful stay here.

The room cleanliness can be further improved.

The location and being close to nature.

The sand flies and the distinct damp smell in the second bedroom.
