Location wise it’s awesome as property is close to the beach.

The facilities and cleanliness. We stayed during hot weather and there’s no additional fan. Family room doesn’t have airconditioning and there’s one tower fan provided which is very dusty and blows a little bit of air even in maximum level. The room was boiling hot and we felt like we’re roasting inside the oven. We asked if there’s extra fan as we are family of 3 but unfortunately they don’t have. We didn’t sleep at our all 2 nights stay.

No AC, bed was not change and smelly, no staff in reception to help and I have to get the clean bedding myself, swimming don’t look clean.

Nothing every is old, no air conditioner in room, no air conditioner at lobby , it’s terrible

We booked for 3 nights but we leave from the first night because the room SMELL GAS. Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, aggressive, and unhelpful. They refused to provide clear answers to simple questions and were not willing to assist in any way. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager was not there, even though the manager was actually present. Unfortunately, the manager was just as unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the situation. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
