The mini fridges have been removed from the family rooms, you are charged £15 a day for them. Which is absurd as it is listed on their website and also children require things like food, and milk for their bottles! A mini fridge when travelling with children is a necessity. Thankfully the staff let me have mine for free. The remote control didn’t work with the tele and there wasn’t anything they could do. Again, beyond frustrating when you don’t have anything to do at 6am and no television as a distraction.

The location of the hotel is good

The property is dated, run down and dirty. No effort to clean the room. Skirting boards were full of dust and cobwebs in the room. The car park to the hotel was full and we couldn’t find anywhere to park locally. Although the pool area was nice there was a lack of sun beds.

The bedroom was nice and big and the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was much needed during the recent heat wave. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice.

We struggled to find a parking space on our arrival on the Monday, and there was no bread or sugar available at breakfast on the Tuesday, and it took a while to get any hot water for a shower or bath.

Rooms very old. Too hot. No view. Windows don’t open. No air conditioning. No proper fan. Swimming pool dirty and too small.

I think the room needs a “deep cleaning “and more attention to detail. Also, the shower and faucet need to be replaced. When we got the room, there was some rubbish on the floor left from the previous guests. I could also see fingerprints on the faucet, and the sink was not clean. We came to have breakfast on the balcony, but the balcony was dirty as well. There was leftover food on the table, seagulls were trying to eat it, and the ground had not been cleaned.
