Everything was fantastic, Pete is a amazing host and the property is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay at Vigo House. Loved the rooms and the fantastic house. Had a great couple nights sleep in a large super king size fourposter bed. Pete was a fantastic host opening his home to us and making us feel very welcome. As we arrived we were greeted by the most wonderful smell of different types of bread and banana loaf that had been prepared for us. There wasn’t a thing he would not do for us and we found his lifestories most fascinating and interesting. Pete was most helpful recommending things to do in the area and some very good restaurants. We would without any doubt recommend Pete and his facilities and would love to come back! Thank you Pete.

Even if there was no hairdryer, Pete offered to make one available.

what can I say, Pete the host couldn't do enough for us all. He was friendly and so nice. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean and the beds are very comfortable. I have MND and my speech wasn't very good but Pete was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was all good quality food and very tasty. All homemade bread which was delicious as was the banana bread and Greek yogurt and oaks. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you Pete for being a fantastic host, kind, caring and very thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful estate. The host, Peter, was incredible—helpful, kind, and so friendly. He made a lovely breakfast, including freshly baked bread and delicious scones (you have to try the scones, they’re amazing!). Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. I would definitely book again. Thank you, Peter, for making our experience so wonderful!

Beautiful room, lovely house and great breakfast.

Staying here is an exceptional experience. The house is the labour of love of the owner, who has created something different. There is a very personal attention to detail and to you for your stay. An Emperor bed that you get lost in. Access to all reception rooms and kitchen if you chose to. Breakfast is cooked for you by the host, and he offers his speciality of oats, yogurt, berries and nuts as a 'starter' much i recommend. Cheaper than a chain hotel and more rewarding
