The continental breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. They were able to answer any questions and responded promptly and professionally.

The breakfast was AMAZING! We stayed in the Virginia room and it was perfect. The staff went above and beyond and the decor was absolutely beautiful.

The lack of an elevator was difficult for a pregnant woman in our group who had to climb to the third floor. I also would love to come with another group but one member needs handicap accessibility and it doesn't seem possible in this location.

The entire staff makes you feel like you are their only guest.

I really wanted to love it and thought I’d switch it up from staying at Congress Hall. For the amount spent the value did not measure up at all. Room 101 conveniently located on main floor is tiny, you cannot fully open your suitcase on the floor. It’s like living in a fish bowl since the outside dining tables surround your room and do not allow privacy with open windows. Chatter, music, banging doors continue until late at night. Room is outside the busy kitchen and you will wake from banging doors and dish sounds. The restaurant is a primary business and the lobby and porch are always busy with diners. Every morning my back hurt from the mattress. Needs replacing. Although it’s adults only you will still encounter little kids at the beach where I had sand tossed on me by kids whose parents buy them gardening shovels and let them dig up areas next to other people. After spending almost $800 per night super disappointed. Save your money and just get a drink on the porch

Location was perfect, in the center of all activities. The Ebbitt Room was amazing, great food and friendly staff. Room was clean had plenty of space.

Location of Room 101 was terrible. Adjacent to the garden dining terrace so we could not open the blinds without having "an audience" into our room.

Ideal location to walk to everything, beach, dining, shopping... Complimentary breakfast, served on their large comfortable wraparound porch was complete with juice, coffee, quiche, fresh fruit, oats, yogurt and you could linger with a second cuppa and enjoy the morning peace...
