Great location, amazing staff, and yummy food.

Serve hot chocolate in the winter!

The breakfast was the delicious. The design of the hotel is beautiful and it was comfortable. The location was wonderful and overall the staff was friendly.

The front desk was rarely manned and there is no bell or anything to let the staff in the back office know you are waiting. It was very frustrating as times when you had a quick question. The breakfast the second day was very delayed. It was New Year’s Day and I understand there were staffing issues so we tried to be understanding, but it was still a bit frustrating. The coffee provided in the Ebbitt room was cold both days and there were issues with milk and cup supplies. They need to invest in a better coffee jug that is not just pretty but one that keeps coffee warm. The milk jug also had soap mixed in with the milk on accident.

Beautifully decorated for the holidays, close proximity to Cape May beach and attractions.

Everything was excellent. Showers in the room were easy to use and well appointed.

The ambiance, the friendly accommodating staff, cleanliness of the rooms and the coziness. And the location is perfect. And the Ebbit room is not only delicious but on premise, most convenient

It’s getting more difficult to climb up the stairs. And each year we come it’s getting more challenging

We had the most enjoyable experience from start to finish here at The Virginia and Cottages. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making check-in smooth.The room was clean, comfortable- it had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, so comfortable that as soon as my head hit the pillow, I was fast asleep. I was also impressed by all of the Christmas decorations, which created a warm and inviting environment. I look forward to returning in the future!
