Felt like the air conditioning wasn't clean.

It is a quiet place near the Yoga Barn (700 m) and like 20 min walking to the Monkey forest. BUT: 1. the rooms are dirty and full of ants. 2. Even the staff is always smiling their English is so bad you can’t get the right information. For example I talked to Gunawan about a trip to Nusa Island. He sad 350k IRD /pers. but in the evening Tomy ( his colleague) sad 1.2 mil IRD/ pers. Huge difference for the same trip. I recommend to talk to Tomy about trips and other activities. Just keep in mind the price is higher then usual in Ubud. 3. The rooms are more smaller than the pictures shows. We booked 2 “deluxe rooms “ but we got one big room and a very small room. We asked for a second big room but the owner sad this is also a deluxe room 😒👎. In his opinion. 4. Service: we ask to clean the room but nothing happened. Still dirty sheets and a lot of dirt on the walls and dusty floor. Needed to ask again. 5. The towels are dirty you can’t use them. 6. There is no “ water refill “. You have to buy water every day. 7. The toilets has no window. Just a shaft to the room. So the hole room smells when you use the bathroom. The + is the distance to Yoga Barn and Monkey forest. You can rent bikes directly there. We booked 2 rooms. Family with kids.

All the staff are incredibly helpful and sweet. Location is great but also nice and quiet, short walk to shops, restaurants and yoga barn. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room very very clean. Also on a clear day from the 1st floor you can see from the terrace all the way to the mountains.

The bathroom is very small & the sink is outside the room. This did not bother me as I was on my own and everything was very clean but it may be a bit small for 2 people.

Located in a local neighbourhood so access local residents and local eateries.

Bed was too saggy for comfort, there were no frills apart from AC (?fridge).
