This is a nice cozy place. I really liked that my room had lots of windows, nice bed and well-working AC.Great value for money. Also, the manager - Tommy is the sweetest true Balinese man who made me feel like a family there. I will stay there again next time I'm in Ubud.

Location is good.

Though room is good shower tap was broken. Took a while for the water to flow. Floor mats stink. Bed sheets were not changed.

The host is super nice and friendly and very accommodating. We enjoyed are stay here very much, thought it was good value for the price. Would stay here again next time in Ubud.

the only drawbacks is steep stairs
