Hotel Suba Star Ahmedabad

Location of the hotel.

While checking out the reception staff asked for tips, which is my first experience in a hotel. Toilet were below standard. Room was too small, in the picture it shows little bigger. Bath towels sometimes they forgot to keep

The stay overall was good value and the location of the hotel good. Staff are generally friendly and the rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side.

Service levels need to improve as we had to continuously ask for clean towels and the toilet was not flushing properly and the issue was not properly resolved. Breakfast should include more variety to cater for western tastes eg cheese was not available and a wider variety of cereals is required. The breakfast tables were also not always properly laid out with missing cutlery etc.

The service was terrible The facilities were dirty and disgusting. The towels had holes in them and the bedding was stained and dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned. I have photos to send you as i would not let anyone stay here.

Room size too small

Big clean room with marble floor in bathroom. Staff always friendly and all very willing to assist. Router replaced when WiFi not working. Buffet breakfast yummy - enjoyed the porridge and the omelettes.

Fridge only reaches about 18 degrees C so not viable to store fresh milk.

location was convenient for me. breakfast was okay. Was hot and fresh.

the phone was not working on the day of arrival and also on the next day. complaint on the next day was not attended to. i had given them the driving license for ID proof. this was not returned to me! And i had stayed for 2 nights . even if i have forgotten to ask for it, should not the reception team have returned it to me???

Location and cleanliness at the property. Requested a Vegan-diabetic diet. Chef obliged very politely.

Parking space is a bit too tight.
