There is nothing there to be liked

The rooms are. Hygenic, bed bugs, toilet fittings are broken or not functioning properly. The breakfast was below average. Asked for a GST bill as the request was already made before booking through the app. But they denied it. Secondly on pursuing, they informed that the bill be emailed, but still not received.

"Better opt for other Hotels who knows hospitality."

Pathetic service especially by the receptionist. Too high of a price for a poor service standard. Rude behaviour, no proper water supply even, unhygienic kettle, no towels. Better skip it.

Service Experience Everything was missing.
