The location is excellent....

The staff is less to service the guests. Hand towels are torn and unavailable. The hygiene is a concern as well as the service is pathetic due to lack of staff.

Check in was at 2. After a long flight we had to wait till 4.30pm because the room was not done, kept us shifting to different rooms until late. My wife being ill this was not expectable. When i asked for a discount after all this Hassel, the reception person told me that we don't do that. Everone avoid this hotel. I will not touch this hotel with a barge pole 😡😡😡😡😡
