Room looks good and big.

Aircon very weak. Dirtyest hotel i ever saw, dust is everwere. All flore is dusty, walls, furniture. Breakfast same every day, (we stay for 5 days) and you need to fight for food. If you come at 8am you will have half of positions left, no refill, breakfast until 9:30am. Tours and service is 20% higher than other compony next door, tour i booked first day was lovest quality of all other days. Pool is small, only 3 seats, no towels.

Noisy at night. Music bar across the road going til midnight every night

Cold pool, didn’t clean our room at all even if we put the tag on the door Laundry service was unavailable Not a good experience iwill not recommend

Breakfast ok,location ok but when I was there next door was partying all night,it was noisy from music.

Renovate the bathroom ,cleaning up the room properly and fix the lift because can’t use the lift from my floor.

I like how the place was in the center of everything! Easy to walk to places etc etc.The man and lady at reception could speak English fairly well. Everyday we did get fresh towels, water and toilet paper. They cleaned our room as well. The breakfast was good.We had a mountain view too.

I didn't like that they didn't serve bacon 🥓 for breakfast. And our bed feels a little old because we could feel the springs of the bed. But it's not sooooo bad but not nice either. There are people working across the hotel so the noise from that was also not a nice experience. They also take long to replace the food that is done especially the fruits, you have to ask them then only they speed up. The breakfast tables outside are wet, they don't dry it. You have to dry it. So we decided to sit inside and I really wanted to see the mountain views. The shower of our room was leaking and it was really bad the towels they gave us weren't enough to dry up the water and the shower door was closed.
