The pool area was unusable. There were no stairs to the pool and the water looked dirty compared to the pools of the other hotels’ pools. The sunbeds were dirty. They also gave us first a room that was not cleaned at all. They changed the room to a cleaned one but it still had some spider webs around, aunts on the floors and toilet. Also, the lock of the shared balcony would not close properly. Overall, not a good value for the price.

WARNING: YOUR BELONGINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE! MY MONEY WAS STOLEN IN THIS HOTEL! My stay at Vang Vieng Consiana Hotel turned into a nightmare. Between October 30 and November 1 (booking number 4901600543), I experienced an outrageous situation — a significant amount of money that I had securely hidden in various places in my room went missing. The only people who had access to my room were the cleaning staff, raising serious concerns about the security this hotel is supposed to provide to its guests. As soon as I discovered the theft, I immediately contacted hotel management, requesting an investigation and compensation for the loss. Unfortunately, their response was deeply disappointing. Instead of offering help and support, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to resolve the issue. I want to warn anyone considering staying at this hotel: be extremely cautious! I trusted this place, but it ended up being a terrible experience that ruined my trip. My advice: keep your valuables with you and choose a hotel where guest safety is truly a priority. P.S. I am now working with Booking.com to address this issue and hope they will step up to resolve it.

The location is 5 mins walking from the center. The room was clean. The breakfast is on the top floor with a good view,it is no sweet breakfast. They have the possibility to rent motorbike for a fairy price

The hotel was clean and new, pool excellent, breakfast excellent staff very helpful and friendly, I rebooked the hotel three days after staying as it was so good.

Spacious room, close to the center, comfortable bed but a lot of things made our stay not enjoyable and definitely not 3 star worthy at all.

There were a couple of things that made us disappointed about our stay here. First off, we slept there 4 nights and the entire time, paying by card was not possible even though I messaged beforehand and they wouldn’t even accept euro, even though it was their banking machine that didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work properly, not to the second floor and we had issues going to breakfast on the 8th floor. No help to get our stuff upstairs either. Breakfast was ok but not great (not even fresh coffee). The pool is ridiculous, looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time, sketchy, the platform around it was unstable at some areas. The bathroom was ok but dirty and anytime anyone flushed a toilet from above (we think), ours blows water upwards which made our entire toilet wet + horrible experience if you’re at that point on the toilet. The sink drainage goes into the shower, so whenever you pour something, it directly lands on the tiles in your shower.

Clean, spacious and comfy room. Aircon and hot water working perfectly.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is yummy.
