Amazing location right in the middle of town - this did mean some noise going on late at night but that is to be expected! Great view of the mountains from our balcony and to watch the hot air balloons

The pool is very small with very limited seats - we wouldn’t recommend staying if you plan on having days by a pool. Breakfast was often limited and we struggled to find any free tables

Amazing Location, just in central of City. Easy to walk to night market. Staffs are friendly, helpful. Hotel clean, nice with beautiful mountain view.

Staff were friendly

Checked in and no towels in the room, was informed I’d have to wait 2hours before towels would be ready. Room description states balcony, however the balcony is shared with everyone on your floor on that side. Also no balcony view at all, flat against another building so no sunlight into room. Bedsheets did not fit the bed, could see the mattress when duvet lifted up. Shower had poor drainage so when coming out, the entire bathroom floor was flooded with water. Breakfast was awful, ants crawling around everywhere all over the food.
