MY BOOKING WAS CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL. I ARRIVE AROUND 8PM AND FOUND OUT MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY BLOODY NOTIFICATION. THIS IS MY 1ST AND LAST USING BOOKING.COM. BOOKING.COM..REFUND MY MONEY. NEXT TIME I BETTER USE AGODA OR THE OTHERS

Understanding that the windows in the room can't be openly fully due to safety reason. So, why not have an air-conditioning in the room? Window also not very clean, so can't really see the nice view of Genting.

We were approached by a man who said he was a booking.com agent. We declined his offer to go to another hotel as it seemed a bit suss. We decided to take a ticket and wait till we could book in at the counter. That took 3 hours of waiting before our number came up and then they said because we went through booking.com we had to contact this man who took us to a different hotel,asked for our passports to book in and walked us to the door of the room.Terrilble room with a bad smell and which I found out was only $140 aud and not the $243 that we originally paid 5 months ago. So disappointed,checked out and went back to KL. A total waste of my time and money unless you want to be in a bubble of consumerism and gambling.STAY AWAY!!!! Go to Genting for the day if you must but totally not worth it!!

The place is nice
This was a broker/someone who asks that you call them upon arrival, then asked me to send them a picture of myself so they can come find me. It just all seemed shady, especially something from Booking.com.
