The view from bedroom.
I has booked 3 rooms. And we were made to wait for 3 freaking hours after 3pm! Shouldnt check in time be standard? How can hotel not know what happen to the rooms? We were at the mercy of lousy 3rd party agent and we had to keep calling and chasing the agent who kept giving us shady answers on why the rooms were not ready! And hotel staff could not do anything other than telling us the booking was under 3rd party agent so nothing they could do. Zero attempt on any service recovery. The indoor pool was very cold too.

"Terrible rooms condition and counter staff were unhelpful and refused to change our rooms."

The location is near to shopping area.
Rooms were dirty with live cockroaches crawling around. Carpets were stained. Sink was faulty and there were no hand/body soap or shampoo/conditioner or toothbrush provided. Hotel staff (operator and counter staff) were rude and do not bother to assist). Was simply told hotel is fully occupied so can’t change or upgrade rooms although happy to pay for upgrade.
