Only good thing about the room was, it's location.
This is a total scam! All the provided photos are fake except a few edited ones. The room is very poor, old and with almost no facilities. For the price we paid i.e. around 800 MYR, this room was worthless! Following are the cons: 1. Old furniture 2. Only 2 charging sockets, 1 being defective 3. Very small washroom 4. No complimentary water atleast 5. No Wi-Fi 6. Windows that cannot be opened (given there's no AC) 7. An old 16 inches LCD TV with 12 channels

Food in general tastes good, but rather expensive compared to KL. Plenty of food outlets, plenty of choices. General public areas are very clean.
The room need to be bigger, the toilet and shower room need to be bigger by at least 50%. The security guard sitting behind the counter next to the sky casino entrance is rude and appeared unwilling to help attending to queries. If he is overworked and tired, he should stop working and go sleep.
