The receptionist lady was sweet.

Place is not ideal for a 5 day stay. The staff was not expecting us upon arrival. The guy was in a rush to go home and he was not welcoming at all. When we settled in the room the some of the lights were not working. It was dark throughout our stay. The linen didn't smell fresh at all. The shower was very dirty, and to top it off, the bathtub was blocked and was not draining out water properly. We didn't have bath towels during our stay. The entire 5 days we had just 1 hand towel which was not even replaced during our stay. The entrance gate was never closed, it stayed open the entire night this raised a safety concern. In our room the kettle was broken and you couldn't use it properly. We did not enjoy our stay at all. Our room was only cleaned after 2 days. The guy was not welcoming or professional, the place is not clean, and they don't prioritise their guests safety. Our booking included breakfast but the owner refused and we were told we need to pay for breakfast separately.

Clean and comfortable. Location was good Room offers a microwave oven and a hot water kettle, TV, hot water facility

My room was allocated to someone and I had to take a cheaper room without utilities I payed for. That's why I rejected the room and asked for repayment.

The rooms and house was clean. And the rooms were as pictured. It was safe.

1.) The owner was hard to reach when we got there. We had to call them a number of times before they called us back. We hooted and called whilst waiting for entry for sometime. They didn't provide contact details before or get in contact with us about navigating the gates or who to call or what to do when we got there. 2) The driveway outside seemed to be under construction but there was a massive pothole in the driveway that made it challenging throughout our entire stay. 3.) The Wifi was off throughout our 1 week stay despite it being advertised on their ad on Booking. We called the owner to have it fixed and they said they would but they didn't. 4.) The TV's in one of the rooms could not be used as it's a smart tv relying on Wifi and subscription but because of no Wifi we couldn't watch and the subscription also seemed to not be paid. The tv in the other room (we booked 2 rooms) had to be fixed as it had issues of signal and the plugs were sparking 5.) One of the rooms (room 5) had a leaking problem and it was leaking by the plug when it rained.Room 11 window handles were broken 6.) When we got there the workers didn't seem to know which rooms were ours and where to put us. They were not very welcoming and didn't show us around the property or what is expected 7.) On the booking page they said breakfast is for 100 pp extra. When we got there one of their pasted house rules they said 120 pp and then when asked the lady working there said 150 pp 8.) The staff didn't seem to know how to communicate about concerns raised (like that of wifi and TV's). They didn't give updates or solutions to how far it was. Basically left it to us.

I liked the fact that the guest house location is near all the activities 😃

The is no security at the facilities,u open the gate for yourself ,anyone can access the place at any time.The towels had holes,the bed was not comfortable it felt like a sponge.The room wasn’t clean on our arrival we had to ask them to clean it for us.

Kühlschrank hat funktioniert war aber undicht. Personal hat aber schnell reagiert.

The place is a mess, loud noise, the place is very dirty and a huge compromise in security. Doors do not lock.no security guards and everyone from reception to the grounds man are very always drunk. The place is like a shebeen people guest dance and open loud music the whole night.

Sheets were stained upon arrival, we had to request clean ones. Place was not clean. We got condoms in our room one day when we went out. Other visitors were making noise,early morning and late at night . Wifi was bad bad bad,works for less than 5 minutes . TV was not working. We did not see what we saw on the pictures,something completely different. And graskop on its own is dry,only spar and unknown restaurants.
