Friendliness of the Thswarelo and Donald , security was guaranteed , clean rooms also friendly cleaning ladies , leaving your staff and found it like I respect that thank you

Please if they can fix the entrance , signage is there but small especially to people that doesn't know the area, also to share the kitchen it was not friendly for us because where we normally visit we have a separate kitchen whereby we can ask one of the employees to help us on a fee off cause but now to wait for others to use and clean dishes so you can start your own cooking ? we were not impressed 😁

The accommodation falsely advertises There is no WiFi The parking is not secure and no covered parking The room was not anything as shown The room didn't look like it was cleaned No towels No coffee or tea Literally just paid for a bed to sleep with no amenities as advertised

The room was big enough and clean, the bed was comfortable.

There was no WiFi as was advertised. Water was slow when you take a shower and my car was not under the carpet. The entrance was not in good condition because it was difficult to enter and exit.

It was close to Graskop the big swing

The place wasn’t clean it had a bad odour inside the room and there were other visitors who were making noise and no one reprimanded them to keep the noise down in order to accommodate the other guests. There WI-FI wasn’t working well and shower door it’s too small makes it hard to get in and out of the shower, room number 3. No air freshener inside the room and bathroom
