The room was nice and neat and the bed Was comfortable and their service was good.

Location was great. We ate our own food

The quality of beds. It make a noise when you sleep and wake up.

The room was clean, bath was clean stuff were friendly and welcoming

The same lady at reception is the the one who cleans, unfortunately the cutlery was very dirty, we had to clean it ourselves, of course one person can't do all that alone. I am not sure if the labour law allows for a person to be exploited like this, This is not fair bcz she is trying her best and also the guy working there but the place is under stuffed, my room at home was more clean than this place. I wanted to come back to this place but bcz I can se they exploit people..... They just want money that's all, don't care about the well being of their stuff. You can't expect 1 person to be at reception, clean and wash the dishes and wash linen.... No no no!

We did not request breakfast, Yello Guest House was very nice and safe, and it was not far from the places that we wanted to visit. We wish to visit again
