Yello Guest House Graskop

The rooms and the facilities where not quite clean and the we left without engaging with staff. WiFi was not working and the TV was difficult to operate. It was unprofessional

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The bedding was clean and quite comfortable.

The location of the guest house was quite odd. I didn't like how at night the staff used the facilities that we should be using, as their own space. For example, the kitchen and lounge area that is supposed to be for guests was being used constantly. Found dead bugs in the one room and found hair that was not my own in the shower.

Only the bed rest was horrible

The entire room was beautiful and very clean.

The water was becoming warm and it was cold.

Toilet and carpets in room were not clean. No extra towels
