Beach front was amazing! Great spot for sun tanning and sunset watching.

L'emplacement est top, prêt de beaucoup de restaurants et pas très loin du port, c'est possible de rejoindre l'hôtel à pied en 8min. Le personnel est très gentil, la piscine super et il y a des transat dédiés à l'hôtel sur la plage.

Je regrette que le matin nous n'ayons pas eu le choix sur le jus, c'était imposé selon les fruits restants, on a eu quasiment que du jus de pastèque et on aimait pas ça donc tant pis.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza in questa struttura è stata molto deludente e abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’hotel in anticipo prenotando altrove. Il problema non è stato un singolo inconveniente, ma la sensazione generale di scarsa manutenzione, pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani e lenzuola macchiati, la chiave della camera arrugginita, fessure importanti nelle porte e nel bagno che permettevano facilmente l’ingresso di insetti, oltre allo scarico del WC non funzionante correttamente. Anche l’area circostante alla camera appariva trascurata e sporca, molto diversa dall’atmosfera rilassante che ci aspettavamo. Inoltre la musica dal vivo e il rumore erano chiaramente udibili fino a tarda sera direttamente dalla stanza. Il supporto via WhatsApp è stato rapido e disponibile, e questo lo apprezziamo, ma nel complesso il livello della struttura non ci è sembrato coerente con il punteggio e le aspettative generate online. Viaggiamo spesso e lasciamo raramente recensioni negative, ma in questo caso crediamo sia corretto condividere la nostra esperienza per aiutare altri viaggiatori a scegliere con maggiore consapevolezza.

Absolutely amazing stay. If we go Gili Air again, we would stay here. Staff friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfasts, lovely island, hotel itself was above our expectations. We can only recomend to everybody :))))

Not really a reviewer, but this place was awesome! Clean rooms, great service, restaurant onsite has amazing food which you get discounted for staying there. Best of all the live music nightly, absolutely wraps this place up - perfect stay!

Everything- I’m so pleased I found this resort. Clean, well maintained, staff were lovely and nothing too much trouble. Beach, pool, spa and cats what more could you want. The location is also excellent as you get to see the sunset every night and its central

Très bel hôtel avec du personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Localisation idéale, proche du port et face au coucher de soleil. Le restaurant était exceptionnel, le meilleur de l’île niveau rapport qualité prix avec des poissons frais tous les soirs et des musiciens. Merci pour tout.
