Accomated my family. They were nice enough to let us check in early

The hot water fot heater only lasted a few minutes while taking a shower. The rest of us took cold shower. Upon arriving it was so hot but only celing fan was available. We understand that Genting is usually a cold place thus aircond not available but due to the sudden climate change the property should have provided us a portable cooler or something like that for us to use during this hot season. Parking was paid seperate. In the pamplet upon checking in we were told Rm16 per day. But when we came here we were told everytime we come and go a different amount will be charged. Nobody provided us a proper explanation on how the parking system works here.At the reception we were told a different price. We payed a price of Rm95 but they tv stand was dusty and we had to dust the area ourselves. As my skin is sensitive to dust. The checkout as seems to be quite early. This is the first time I've come across a time where we had to checkout this early. Usually is 12 noon. The lift during checkout took almost 20 mins. I understand that its a peak hour during checkout but we noticed that so many time the lift didnt even stop at the floor we were staying.

The expensive cleaning fee and service tax. Didn't even include free parking

The location is good The facility of the building is good

The house said able to host family of 7 pax but the basic supply is only sufficient for less than 4 pax. Facility Lack of cooking intensils (spoon, fork, laddle, spatula, etc), no table cloth provided, do not have clean bed sheet for additional beds. The location is a Highland but do not have blankets for additional beds. Cleanliness The property are not cleaned properly. The floor are dirty, sticky, the sofa filled with rubbish on sides, there are used towel and bed sheet in the closet.
