"Great location, basic but comfortable, clean & quiet , plenty of street parking. Would stay again."

The location is excellent as an Edinburgh base - short distance to tram stop, shopping, bars, cafes. Also easy walk into to the centre. Unit is basic but well equipped and clean, great for a couple or families. Very quiet neighbourhood & felt safe walking back after a night out. Plenty of meter parking in the street which you pay with coins or on line. We ran into an issue and the management team were great, fixing everything asap.

"Good location"

Great location - not slap bang in the middle of city, but east walk to princes street very close to leith walk

It wasn’t dirty per se - bedding and towels were clearly fresh, and the floors and surfaces were clean. But it could do with a good dust and a lick of paint here and there. Bins collected from the commercial building next door at 6am Sunday which was very noisy.

Nice and spacious with 2 bathrooms. Washing machine and kitchen came in handy. Very responsive staff to any questions

Mattress in the standard bedroom was quite thin and not very comfortable.

Location, clean, nice extras, tea,coffee, toiletries, spacious. Had everything needed for short stay. Host was very pleasant and gave all information needed and kept in touch during stay.

We struggled with main door, neighbour had to help us get in on first day. one socket in main bedroom concerned us under picture as seemed unstable, turned it off.

The property was spacious, light and airy. It had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We were out most of the time, but could come back and chill out in the evening in comfort. The location was amazing for us too. Lovely and quiet, but it was easy to get into town from there and the delights of Leith Walk.

The building smelled very damp upon entry which May out people off. The actual flat did not smell of this however and had lots of windows which we kept open whenever possible. The windows don’t have blinds or curtains so it was very bright as soon as the sun came up.
