Booked this apartment for my son daughter and Partners. First message I got when they arrived was mum apartment is fabulous. The four of them were very impressed and will certainly return. Thankyou to David the host who kept me well informed before their arrival.

"A nice base camp to explore the bewitching Edinburgh"

The host has been amazingly kind from the very start. We've always felt supported and he's helped us with absolutely everything we needed. Location is perfect. Just a walk from Leith Walk, Tesco, restaurants, buses, trams,... Lots of parking space right outside the apartment (free after 5.30 pm Mon to Fri, Saturdays and Sundays). Quiet. Lots of natural light everywhere in the apartment. Toiletries and equipped with absolutely everything you need for your stay. It was perfect for us to spend a few days in Edinburg.

The apartment is in a very good location. It was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything that we required. Our host communicated with us to make sure that we were ok and that we did not require anything else. We would definitely stay here again, if it's available, next time we visit.

Everything was well thought and arranged for us. We also had few basic items in kitchen to help us with our stay which was very thoughtful. The whole apartment was clean and was great stay overall.

The bedroom without the ensuite had a mild mouldy smell as per our friends. It was sad we could express our gratitude to the owner in person for all the support and guidance throughout the stay.

It was reasonably priced, beds were comfortable, shower had excellent pressure.

Cleanliness was a real problem. Mould on the walls & the back of the bathroom door & absolutely freezing.

Great facilities. Good location. Really clean.

Weird smell in the en-suite bathroom as soon as we arrived - smelt like drains. Toilet seat in the en-suite doesn't fit the toilet.
