IDThe location is in center of the city
The hotel near the mall. It's not like any other hotel that attached with malls have sound proof. the sound of event in the mall, clearly hear in the hotel room, i coudn't rest well.. It wasn't only me who complained but also other guests. Btw, i booked room with garden view but no garden seen in my room. The room hasn't provided by body lotion. They said that they only provided for suite room. I was complained about that. Well, it's 4 star hotel right ???? but the facility doesn't seem so.. The swimming pool is too small and gym air con only turn on when there is a guess who like to do gym. can you imagine being the first guess walked into gym room.. so hot in the room. Breakfast, they provided instant noodle every day and no other option if we want to have hot noodle/soup. Does the manager of restaurant think it's good to consume instant noodle every day ???? maybe they need to learn about healthy food.
IDThe staff is friendly and the check in is very fast. The room is super clean and I love the location that next to a mall where you can find restaurants for lunch and dinner.
IDI like the location. It's in the center of the city. Also, it is adjacent to a shopping mall. I also like the size of the room. The employees were super friendly.
I don't like the layout of the room, where the bathroom door is adjacent to the bed. It's better to place the door in the classic way: next to the entrance door.
