sound proofing is terible, we can hear voice from other room, and it even i can smell smoke from other room - people smoking. Breakfast not so good, i think the ingredient not fresh
FRLe confort propre au Mercure, piscine chauffée avec une belle vue, petit déjeuner de super qualité avec beaucoup de choix.
Il manque peut-être des peignoirs pour aller à la piscine.
IDThe hotel is clean and comfortable in general. The location is very good, rite beside a shopping mall and water park. The parking area is spacious, easy to find food n coffee all around. The design and interior looks luxurious, and the food in their buffet is also delicious. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, the infinity pool with warm water will be the spotlight.
The wifi connection was so poor, the TV was kept turned into white screen (blank). The hot shower was also unstable, it felt uncomfortable to take a bath under it. They provide a water dispenser but forgot to maintain and monitor whether the water is still available or empty already.
