IDIDHotelnya baru & kyutiiie 🥰 lokasi samping mallnya Garut . Hotel nyaman, bersih, wangi, rapi. Staf ramah & gak pelit senyum. Kamar luas. Breakfast menu banyak pilihan & rasa aman di lidah. View dari resto tampak gunung memanjakan mata. Hotel tenang, meski di tengah kota. Jarak dari stasiun dekat. Kemungkinan kembali ke Mercure kalau ke Garut 👍🙏🫶
IDIDThe location is good, next to Ramayana Mall
They have many rooms per floor, there are only three lifts so far away from the room where we stayed. They don't provide bottled water but have a water dispenser in the lobby/aisle. Which isn't expected from an Accor group hotel. The breakfast is also bad not as per Accor standard. I understand from the front desk that the privilege rooms have better view. Superior room where we stayed had no view at all. This isn't expected from Accor group hotel. Totally disappointed. Past few years I have been staying at Santika Garut and they are far better than Mercure.
SGThe hotel’s location could not get any better. The staff’s service and hospitality are superb. The hotel’s building is in good condition. The hotel’s pool is heated.
The breakfast can be improved.

Saya memesan 2 kamar twin bed, yang disiapkan 2 kamar single bed Waktu tunggu cek in agak memakan waktu, semoga bisa lebih dipercepat Sarapan hanya untuk 1 orang, jarang terjadi saat memesan hotel wlw mungkin salah saat memesan tapi pilihan ini sangat aneh dan tak pernah disangka, bikin kaget Variasi pilihan sarapan masih kurang beragam, semoga bisa ditambahkan
