Heat pump not working, dishwasher full with dirty dishes , coffee & tea supplied but No milk in the fridge

Location was amazing and facilities were all we needed

Lounge was not very comfortable to relax in

This little place was perfect for us. Wd had two night and the owner was extremely helpful on the phone as I had forgotten to find my email with instructions. Perfect waterfront location. Couldn’t been better. Only thing I add is upon arriving the outside presentation was misleading as it was an old tired looking weatherboard. But so clean and fresh inside. The exterior didn’t sell how good it was. Thank you sincerely for making us welcome

The location was great, although there is heavy traffic going past

The fact that the place was cold. The heatpump would not work. Once we turned it on outside it worked, but could not be changed by the remote, so only pumped out cold air, which wasnt good as the weather in Napier at the time was cold & wet. There was no teatowel or dishcloth. There were no teaspoons. Better towels would be great as they were quite threadbare.
