Great hotel. The staff was was so helpful and location is so close to the subway entrances. First time in South Korea and was easy to find our way back while walking or riding the subway. Room was big with a really nice view. Kids really enjoyed it. So much room for them to be kids.

The location was great, with subway station, convenient stores, Olive Young and eateries / cafes within walking distance. The room was great, a bit smaller than what i expected but good for a family of 4-5. Do take note that they charged KRW30k per extra pax. The laundry service is FOC and it is really a bonus for long stay customers. The staffs are fantastic and can converse well with English. They are very helpful, polite and professional and make us feel like we are at home. On the first night, we had air con problem, and the staffs were trying their very best to fix it. It took a bit long, but I appreciate their efforts and continuous follow up with us.

Recommend having instruction in English and Chinese on how to operate the TV and aircon which are in Korean language setting. More hooks or hangers around for hanging hand towels, towels or clothes.

Is very convenient, a lot restaurant nearby and very close to city hall subway

3泊4日3名でファミリースイートに宿泊しました。ホテルの目の前の大きな交差点を渡ると市庁駅8番出口がすぐですが、エスカレーターがないためキャリーケース等がある場合は9番出口から出ることをオススメします。立地はものすごく良いと思いました。明洞までは徒歩10分程度緩やかな坂が続きますが...ホテルの方の対応もものすごくよかったです。LINEで連絡先を登録し何かあれば英語か韓国語でやりとりをしました。部屋の設備はシャワー室＋トイレ×1つ、シャワー室1つ、部屋3部屋(ダブルベッド)、キッチン(お皿、カトラリー、コップ有り)、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫がありました。 シェアハウスみたいな感じがすごくよかったです。また利用したいと思います！
