UH Suite Seoul Deoksugung

Nothing beats the service of their staff. Many of them went out and beyond their way to help make our stay comfortable and an enjoyable one. I have to especially commend the night staff on 29Nov 24, 03Dec 24 and also your day & night staff on 04Dec 24. They were all so wonderful & helpful! A pity it slipped my mind to get their names. The location was just a mere 2 mins walk to city hall station. All around - especially behind the hotel, there were many eateries - bakeries, cafes, Chinese food, Korean food and Fried chicken places. Super convenient. Love the quiet yet convenient location, for a more restful sleep. New towels and bottled water are replenished daily. Just a mere apx 7 mins cab ride costs 5,000 to 6,500 won taxi to & from myeongdong (if you have too much shopping bags). Lastly, I was apprehensive at first when I read of the choked toilet drains. But we did not experience any issues during our week long stay with them. Hope the hotel can continue to upkeep the place well as would definitely love to be back again.

Would be good to change the curtains to an opaque fabric in the bedroom with 2 double mattresses and provide a table cloth for the kitchen.

The property was very clean, beautiful, had a lot of rooms, two big bathrooms & great shower, and also a great location! Super close to 7/11 and other stores and major tourist areas like Myeongdong. Staff was also very kind and I liked how our rooms were cleaned very often.

The complimentary airport transport from the hotel to the airport. It really simplified our plans as we were a big group. The apartment itself was also great but wished we had more space available to open up suitcases. Nothing we couldn't solve with taking turns with our packing

When we arrived, the drainage in both bathrooms were not cleaned out well and caused flooding when we took our showers. Highlighted to the front desk and they got the cleaning crew to take care of it. Wished they had cleaned it out everytime there is a turnover of the room. It was quite unpleasant to try and clean the drainage out in the middle of a shower

Good eatery around

Plumbing was terrible Could not shower due to clogged pipes and toilet could not be flushed until they came multiple times to fix the problem. Trouble some… but staff was able to address the issue. Getting taxi wasn’t easy

Good Location very clean. Staff is very friendly

The 2 bedroom apartment is very small and no kitchen or pantry. Not recommended for family with small kids. They said bigger apartments have these facilities so must take that.
