UH Suite Seoul Deoksugung

Was great to find a modern and clean hotel with 3 bedrooms that could accomdate my entire family. It's not a full service hotel like a Ritz Carlton (with concierge service), but the front desk is responsive and very friendly too. Perfect location right next to City Hall in Seoul.

The front desk if not staffed 24 hours and day (so not full service like a Western Hotel) and there isn't a gym.

Very new apartment, very responsive staff and central location. Shower is good. Toilet seat is heated with bidet. lift to every floor. Change of towels every day. Overall superb experience.

Minor things, no washing machine inside apartment and only 1 shower but 2 separate toilets. Feel a bit squeeze, there is a large table in living room which space could have been used for other purposes. Rooms are quite small but enough for 2. Curtains are not thick and sunrise around 5am in summer. Overall superb experience.

Excellent option for Seoul. We booked the two bedroom suite and it was very comfortable for our family. The shared space was a little tight but was perfectly adequate. Large fridge, kettle and microwave, with cups, glasses and plates. Its in a busy area, but quiet at night and we enjoyed the view of the street from our room. Short walk to main shopping area, metro and the airport bus is very close. We had little interaction with the staff but had no issues whatsoever, I would stay here again.

It would be very hard to fault this hotel. 3pm checkin time is strictly adhered to (we arrived at 2.45 and had to wait!)

counter staff not always there when our luggage is storing there. a bit dangerous.

숙소에서 편안하게 친구들과 잘 쉬었습니다 역에서 가깝고 너무 좋았으나, 사진과 달리 생각보다 숙소가 작았습니다 4인실인데 화장실이 너무 작은거 하나 있어서 놀랬고, 화장실 배수가 안좋아서 샤워하다 물빠질때 까지 기다리다 씻고..기다리다 씻고..하..고쳐달라고 했으나 그대로 이고...좀...숙소깨끗한긴함.

My stay here was great! The staff at the front desk are helpful and try their best to help with whatever they can. In particular one of their staff Sung-ho Kim went above and beyond to help me contact my taxi driver, arrange for my lost water bottle to be delivered back to me and made the arrangements to make sure all the payment for the delivery was settled. The bottle was very important to me and I was so so relieved and grateful to have it back. The family room was really nicely put together although each individual room was quite small and we had to take turns to open up our luggages fully in the living room. A small inconvenience that didn’t really bother anyone! The property was near enough to myeongdong that we were just a quick cab ride away but far enough that you still feel safe and it’s quiet around us.
