It had a family area and dining area Staff were friendly and location was good just outside the busier parts of myeongdong. Close to other attractions and bus/subway locations

Plumbing wasn't great Room sizes were a little small to fit luggage

Water pressure and shower drain were major downside

Room are spacious

何よりも、お部屋が最高すぎる！ 高級マンションの一室のようでした！ 空室があり無料でランクアップしてもらい、サウナがついていて、子供以上に私が大興奮！ スタッフは日本語は難しいですが、英語が可能なようなので簡単な会話は出来ましたし、何だったら翻訳アプリがあれば何ら問題なし。 強いていうなら、タクシー運転手がホテルの場所がわからない人がほとんどなので、住所を見せて行ってもらうのがベストです。 ホテルの名前を伝えると、違う店舗に連れて行かれましたw

Good living and dining area size

Despite being a new hotel that was just opened in April 2024 maintenance of the hotel rooms were not up to expectations. There were stains on the walls. Rooms were fairly small and tight

Very spacious and accommodating staff. Great for families.

I loved how helpful the reception office was, they helped us everyday with booking our taxis and gave us clear info and answered all our questions. We also loved the accommodation, it was pleasant and clean and perfect location close by main attractions like the Namsan tower and more.

Spacious and the location was great.
