Spacious lovely house, very well equipped amd very cosy.

Great location quiet street .permit for car available in property and car park for additional parking nearby .All facilities available in house

Would help if Wi-Fi code was easy to find as does mention in description found eventually also lamp in second bedroom would be useful

Cosy traditional Yorkshire house with character. Very clean and had everything we needed. Dog friendly which is always a bonus. The local town was quaint and we enjoyed the local eateries and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Bit of a smell of smoke but may have been from a previous occupant or a neighbouring house

A great location and walking distance to the high street with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. The house is clean and spacious, and the two bedrooms are very good-sized. The living room is cozy, and the leather sofas are very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to have tea, coffee, and milk provided, which was a lovely touch! The garden is secure and lovely to sit and have a cuppa in the morning. Overall, it was a great stay!

There is a church with constantly ringing bells, which is unfortunately through all hours of the night. However, nothing ear plugs couldn't resolve!

The house was well provisioned. In general it was well decorated.

Attention to detail and cleanliness. They'd put out flowers but left the wrappers and scissors out on the workbench, the fridge door have finger marks all over it, the bathroom was grubby in corners / under the freestanding bath / on shelving units and there was a giant squashed spider on the floor. It was also incorrectly advertised as having 3 double beds. The didn't ring me to discuss as they were 'abroad'. We lost a day of our trip to finding other solutions and washing / changing bedding for the other people in our party. And lost money at launderettes and on Saturday spectator tickets that we then couldn't use. They also agreed to refund part of the cost, but wouldn't trigger that refund through booking.com, instead requiring us to wait for two weeks until they got paid at which point they said they'd send the money back.
