Horbury High St Wakefield ideal for long stays and contractors

The decor was lively, very comfortable, bath was gorgeous. Nice touch that they left milk in fridge and tea and coffee in abundance

it was all good.

The house was ideally located - I was travelling for a funeral and the church was just around the corner so was able to walk there on the day. The main street was close by too which was handy for shops / cafes. The house itself was lovely - nicely decorated and warm and the bed was really comfy. I really liked the Kitchen which had a nice homely feel to it. Rachel (the landlady) had left milk in the fridge together with tea and coffee which was a nice touch.

I had a small issue with the lock on the new door that had been fitted which left me unable to get into the property temporarily on the day of the funeral. However I called Rachel and she was able to get it resolved quickly which was much appreciated. The bathroom didn't have hand gel / shower gel - maybe that is something that could be considered for future guests.

Location was good for us and the house was everything we needed.

The property met our expectations, had a comfortable homely feel, was clean and tidy. the Location was excellent and it was a short and quick trip to where we were working.

Everything we could have needed was there on site- very clean and tidy also cozy comfortable location- near to all amenities

Nothing not to like - would recommend as a good place to stay - with our Bernese mountain dog- 2 good local walks
