Horbury High St Wakefield ideal for long stays and contractors

Homely feel , everything I needed was close at hand . Decorated lovely .lovely garden . Comfy bed .

It was clean and in a good location!

Everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The property was clean, well maintained and parking was free right outside using the provided permit.

We really couldn't find anything to complain about!

We booked a 2 night stay with our dog extremely last minute and are glad we found this place. On arrival the host had left fresh milk in the fridge, tea/coffee etc and a pack of biscuits (which we thought was very thoughtful after a 4 hour drive). The place generally has everything you could possibly need. Like home from home. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Central Horbury location. Lovely, clean, well equipped cottage. Little extras like an iron and board, clothes airer, tea, coffee, milk, Kit Kats etc. The large eat-in kitchen.

It could be nice to have a curtain on the kitchen window for privacy.

Generally well furnished terraced house that provides spacious self catering accommodation and has a well equipped and sizeable kitchen/diner. The house is located in walking distance of the shops, bus stops etc in Horbury. Great advantage is that it is available for vey short term lets - for example, just a couple of days.

Beds had mattresses were fairly comfortable but not as firm as we would like to provide more support. Only one toilet in the house - located in the bathroom. The fairly steep 13 stairs to the upper floor would ideally be highlighted in the information provided before booking. This could be a problem for some people with restricted mobility.
