The bedrooms were clean and well furnished.

The sofa was so old and cracked we just didn’t want to sit on it. It looked and felt dirty. The coffee table was so wobbly and badly put together that it was unusable.

Location, layout, clean and warm

Shaky beds, tables. chipped crockery. Old food in cupboard, dirty washing left. Communication with host could have been better

The central location in Aberdeen was great. It was fairly modern and spacious. 3 double beds was good for our party and the beds were comfy, though very noisy. The price was reasonable.

It is a basement flat - not quite fitting with a 'Garden view', though you can see people's feet as they walk past... It was pretty gloomy and could do with more lighting in the living area along with better heating - the heating didn't work, though I imagine they may have turned the radiators off as the hot water did work well. The instructions on how to enter the property didn't arrive until 2 hours before check-in, despite me contacting them via email and text so this made me worry this was a 'fake' listing of a property.
