Double B&B Room in Southwater with Private Bathroom and Parking

We did not have much breakfast, but ony because we were going out to eat with a friend. What was provided was as to be expected and adequate. Hosts had gone out of their way to keep the room as cool as possible - very hot outside. Plenty of coldwater

I received a very warm welcome from Matt and Jeremy. They had thought of every detail. The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and the location surprisingly quiet, despite the proximity to London.

Nothing, it was a lovely stay

Lovely large, bright room with everything you need plus extra special touches like bathrobes, board games, books and little vanity kits. It was exceptionally clean throughout, lovely soft bed linens and very comfortable bed. Location is great - very peaceful and quiet and right on the South Downs link. Host Matt was lovely - showed us round and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was all set up in the room with a selection of cereals, pastries and jams with fresh orange juice - plus biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities and nice large mugs. We were in town for a party so regrettably didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the room and facilities as we would have liked, but we will certainly stay here again.

The couple offering this stay are the kindest, most considerate, thoughtful and generous pair you will ever meet. Their room and bathroom were scrumpulously clean, with every kind of toiletry available you could ever need, and their breakfast breakfast offering included every conceivable jam flavour you could hope for - including a banoffee spread! My husband and I were walking the south Downs Way and this place was en route and we were SO glad of the first aid kit, as my husband's feet were a little worse for wear, from the walk. The room even has board games (I couldn't tempt my husband to monopoly 😅), books and tableware, in case you order take out food (which we did). We absolutely loved our stay, thank you so much 😊

Perfect location for visiting Knepp. Private off street parking. Very comfortable accommodation with every possible “need” catered for. A warm welcome with thorough tour of the facilities. Very clean & quiet. Won’t hesitate to return.
