Double B&B Room in Southwater with Private Bathroom and Parking

Welcoming and exceptional attention to detail.

Was very happy with the accommodation and felt a great deal of thought had gone into extra items provided. There was a cheerful greeting on arrival.

I particularly liked the size of the double room, which included a nice seating area (with a coffee table and small sofa). It was also well equipped with tea, coffee making facilities, plus a microwave (outside the room on the landing). A good selection of items (for continental breakfast), was also provided. The bathroom is not actually ensuite, but was opposite the double bedroom, which was for sole use, which was a good size (with lovely toiletries provided!).

Amazing place to stay, host was very humble and did nice welcome. Matt was good to explain everything and room was full of facilities. I saw such facilities for first time. I would like to stay in future if I am nearby that place. I strongly recommend if anyone is looking to stay.

The property was lovely spotlessly clean and comfortable. Very nice bed and bathroom. Everything was top quality - breakfast and tea tray very nice. Matt was the perfect host.

It was on a quiet street. The hosts were quiet and left me to it. The room and bathroom was lovely and clean and had everything I needed. I'd recommend this place, especially if you're going to Knepp as its only a few minutes away from there.

All eventualities covered for. Proper feather pillows and cotton linen. Ability to control temperature in the room. Private facilities.
