Double B&B Room in Southwater with Private Bathroom and Parking

I can only recommend this accommodation. The room is big, has lot of light, is very comfortable and has everything one can need. The bathroom is also big and both bathroom and bedroom were super clean. I also worked from there and the internet connection is very good and the desk area in the room is also comfortable. Matt is very kind, welcoming and willing to help with anything you may need. The location is also nice, very close to green areas and 15-20 mins walking from the center of Southwater.

This B&B exceeded all our expectations. The owner was exceptionally nice, the room was spotless, the food & drink facilities again exceeded expectation. It even had an iron & ironing board, which meant that I could iron my shirt for a party that night , that had been in a suitcase all week from our holiday abroad.

Matt was an outstanding host. His attention to detail is unparalleled. From robes to a water dispenser in the room to any and every toiletry available in our private bathroom. The very comfortable bed was a gift after a tiring day. The breakfast supplies were scrumptious. Would definitely stay again if we’re near Worthing!

It was all fantastic

Everything went perfectly and smoothly, and the communication was excellent, the room was clean and cosy. Jeremy and Matt made sure that every little detail was perfect. I had a great weekend, highly recommend this place.

Tutto è stato perfetto! Jeremy e Matt sono super gentili, hanno una casa bellissima in un quartiere tranquillo ed elegante. Tutto è molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. La stanza molto grande e accogliente. Anche il bagno ha tutte le cose di cui si possa avere bisogno.
