Tolle Bungalows sehr schön in der Natur angelegt. Beim Aufenthalt an der Lagune wurden wir sehr fürsorglich von Antonella umsorgt. Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Leider wurde zu unserer Zeit der Steg an der Lagune erneuert. Dadurch konnten wir diesen leider nicht nutzen und die Arbeiten waren auch sehr laut.

Unieke sfeer en de rust. Het overnachten in een boomhut. De vogeltjes die je heel de dag hoort fluiten. Mooie natuur en mooi zwembad

Ligt niet direct aan het meer. Personeel kan je erheen brengen. Het laatste stuk naar het hotel moet je over een onverharde weg. Doordat het tussen de bomen ligt, is het overal wat donker, maar dit geeft ook weer de mogelijkheid om alles sfeervol te verlichten

It was a very beautiful property. I’ve never seen anything like it. It was well taken care of. Not crowded at all. It was a very intimate and serene setting in nature. Everything was natural and designed to be “one with nature”.

Bring mosquito spray. I knew to bring it and forgot!

My two-night stay at this supposed 5-star hotel was an utter disappointment and certainly not worth the price. It unfortunately ruined what was meant to be our 10th wedding anniversary celebration. Upon arrival, the hotel experienced a complete power outage due to a fire at the main electrical connection. A loud diesel generator was then run right next to our cottage, making it impossible to relax or even hear ourselves think after a five-hour journey, especially when all we wanted was a shower. While I understand emergencies happen, what followed was a complete lack of communication and service. We went out for dinner hoping the issue would be resolved by our return, but it wasn't. There was no information provided by the hotel staff. Around 11:00 PM, I finally managed to speak with a staff member and requested relocation to a quieter area. At that point, the lady offered us some drinks, which we were later charged for. We were moved to a lower-standard cottage for the night. The next morning, we moved back to our original cottage, but the problems persisted. There was no water in the sink until 4:00 PM, meaning we couldn't shower, which effectively ruined the second day of our stay as well. To top it all off, I was charged extra for breakfast toasts, despite breakfast supposedly being included with our room booking. As a side note, while there is a beach, guests are required to order lunch or a picnic basket to use it. Simply wanting to enjoy the beach during your stay is apparently not an option.

Our stay at Hotel Boutique Kokoro Mio was simply breathtaking! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by this incredible place. The room surrounded by nature, was beyond anything we imagined. When we booked, we didn’t have all the pictures, so we were absolutely blown away upon arrival. Everything was perfect: the breakfast, the restaurant, and the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel’s beach club is truly exceptional, making the experience even more unforgettable. We highly recommend this hidden gem and can’t wait to return!
