"An absolut marvel"

The location in the jungle, the architecture, the love for details, the creative spirit behind it all, the spa, the facial I got, the staff, ....

If I must write here something it would be the fact to be asked 1000 pesos early check in fee when we arrived around 1.30pm.

Super! Great family business with outstanding service and the ultimate realisation of Tender, Love and Care. Superb place, kind people, abundant amenities, loved to care for their guests. We sadly could only stay for one night, but would have loved to make it a week!

"If you’re intention is to relax and enjoy, you hardly find a better place along the entire Riviera Maya."

The place was designed to feel good from the very first moment when entering through the main door. Everything integrates perfectly into the ambiance of the subtropical Mayan forest and impresses with it beautiful design. Materials and services are all very high standard and the traditional local cuisine is delicious. With the all-time precence of Tatiana and Ricardo, the hosts of Kokoro Mio, the entire place was filled with harmony and love. Experiencing a Temaskal on 31 Dec. was magic and the massage which we enjoyed 2 times was wonderful. We can not wait to go back one day!

I don’t normally write reviews of plats so like as I like to keep them secret! But these people really deserve one!! Really beautifully and thoughtfully done. Plenty of space and a nice mix of coziness and openess. Lovely room on platform in the trees. Very comfortable beds. Very good food.

Really not much we did not like. Bit of traffic noise of trucks on a distant road but nothing to worry about at all
